My fear is that my credit cards are not accepted because they are not local, which would be very strange as I had no problem paying with my British card for two months as well as the three months trial. My banks are not having a bad day and in fact, I made several succesful payments today. In fact, I cannot add my British card neither my Dutch card due to an error notification ''ít appears like your bank is having a bad day, but dont worry, no money was deducted from your account''. Until the 13th.Īfter many emails with your Brazilian colleagues, the problem is still unsolved and a reset of my payment details has not helped either.
I used my UK credit card with no problems to register for the special offer and the two following months the money was succesfully debited from my account. I live as an expat in Brazil, have a Brazilian social security number, but I am paid in the UK. Being happy with the service, Ive been subscribed to until the 13th of May, which is when I got a notification about a problem with my payment and I was back to the free service.
